How to browse our public information pages and begin a project discussion with appropriate information.
Browsing public information
You can read our public information pages without registering or submitting an enquiry. Pages, images, videos and literature content are delivered through network requests. These public pages do not enable the Baidu Analytics script.
Starting a project discussion
When contacting us by phone, email or WeChat, begin with your research objective, project context and the contact details needed for a reply. Enquiry information is used to respond to your questions and discuss the project.
Before sharing detailed material
Do not send patient-identifiable information, complete medical records, participant lists or confidential material you are not authorised to share in an initial enquiry. Agree on the recipient, purpose and an appropriate transfer channel before exchanging detailed data, samples or project files.
Questions and information requests
Contact bd@aipudikang.com to ask about the handling or retention of enquiry information, or to request access, correction or deletion. Include the date and channel of your enquiry and the request you wish to make; do not resend sensitive material.
